List of Documents

Admissions are now open in Litera Valley Zee School, Hosur. Application forms are available on our website.

The list of documents to be submitted along with the completed application form is as under:

      1.Child’s Attested Birth Certificate Copy (Original + photocopy)

      2.Child’s Medical Fitness Certificate

      3.Parent’s ID and Residence Proof

      4.Transfer Certificate from Previous School (applicable for all Primary classes)

      5.Passport-size Photographs (5 of child, 2 each of each parent)

Please note that the above documents have to be submitted before the child can be considered for admission. The TC alone can be submitted immediately before the start of the next academic year. Non-submission of ANY of the above documents will result in cancellation of the child’s admission.
